In order to attend AAA tryouts at another centre, all players must be in possession of a completed Permission to Skate (PTS) Form before stepping on the ice.

In order to receive a PTS Form to attend AAA tryouts, all players must first pre-register with MDMHA using this link: 2024/25 MDMHA Pre-Registration
