Hockey Check In Process - Update
Submitted By Chris Mclean on Tuesday, October 20, 2020
Hello Millbrook Hockey Families,

We hope that you enjoyed your first few ice times last week. All of the smiling faces we saw on the ice made the challenges of this season worth it!

As we start to transition the check in process over to the individual teams there are a few changes that we wanted you to be aware of:

1) it will be extremely helpful to your coach/manager if you can have your Covid Health Screening completed 90 - 45 minutes before your ice time. This will allow the coaches to receive the form and check off that you have completed it
2) Make sure you fill out the form for both the player and the parent going into the building
3) The original Health Screening form has been removed and has been replaced with health forms for each individual team which can be found on the FORM tab on the website. (can be seen in the image attached)

3) Arrive at least 20 minutes before your ice time. The sign in forms must be completed and handed in before the team enters the building, arriving right when the doors open will hinder the process

4) REMEBER: If you arrive after the start of the ice time, you will not be able to enter the building.

5) Parents: Please do not congregate in the lobby, stay socially distanced in the stands and keep your masks on at all times while within the CMCC
