Small tweaks to the Hockey Check in Process
With the goal of making the check in process easier for the players, parents and the coaches we have made a couple of small tweaks to our process.
1) The parents will get a copy of each health screening form they submit sent to their email. Please show these confirmation emails to your "check in" person at the rink for validation that the Health Screening has been completed.
2) We have grouped the teams together on the same health screening forms where ever possible if they will always be practicing together. Example U18 Teams 3 and 4 are on one form
