Amended policies for entering CMCC
Hello again everyone!
We are please to let you know that the Township has adjusted their Covid procedures in hopes to provide a little more time and latitude at the front end of our ice times to allow players and parents to come in from the cold.
Coaches/Mangers will now be able to complete the contact tracing/check ins from inside the doors, one at a time, starting 15 minutes prior to the allotted ice time. It will be very important to ensure that you have the health screening form completed before arriving at the rink to ensure the smoothest check in process.
Players and parents will still have 10 minutes to exit the building after the ice time.
Another policy change now allows one parent/support person per player inside the arena during the ice time for the U18 teams. The same guidelines must be followed:
Masks are to be worn at all times while in the facility
Physical distancing is to be adhered to while in the facility
Parents must watch in the stands, there is no waiting in the lobby area
Parents must exit at the appropriate doors
No outside food or drinks permitted in the building
Entry is only permitted with the rest of the team, parents can not enter the building on their own
Coaches will need to ensure screening of these parents/guardians is completed
Parents choosing to enter must have their name and contact information recorded on the Contact Tracing forms we have provided.
Reminder: The Township did amend the procedures to allow U15 and below players the ability to bring their helmet, gloves, skates and mouth guards into the arena in a duffle bag. Please ensure your player is only using a duffle bag as the only full sized bags allowed in the building at these levels are the goalies.
