Proof of Vaccination - Nov 26th
Just a friendly reminder that as of Nov 26th the CMCC will require everyone 12 years old or older who is entering the building (including players) to show the security personnel both proof of vaccination and identification.
Acceptable identification is considered:
Birth certificate
Citizenship card
Driver’s license
Government (Ontario or other)
issued identification card, including health card
Indian Status Card /Indigenous
Membership Card
Passport
Permanent Resident card
