Last minute Policy updates for return to hockey
Some important information that has been provided to us for our return to hockey at the CMCC that you will want to keep in mind;

training is no longer required for participants or spectators - Coaches will no longer need to submit the on ice participant sheet when entering the arena,
However everyone still needs to complete the online Covid screening form found on www.millbrookhockey.com
Maximum of 2 spectators for per on ice participant
In regards to Medical exemptions a medical note will no longer be accepted as a proof, instead the information will be imbedded into the person QR code and when scanned a check mark will appear
Everyone 12 yrs and older will be required to have POV( proof of vaccination) through the QR code and accompanied by a piece of identification (student cards are not accepted)
All persons born in 2010 shall be granted a grace period of 12 weeks from their 12th birthday during which they must provide identification at the point of entry, but do not need to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This is to allow a reasonable opportunity for their series of vaccination to be completed.
