Given the new open border policy being implemented by the Ontario Hockey Federation, we are having to conduct coach selection earlier this year, and so are asking your input prior to the end of the season. Information provided, especially under the coaching feedback section is treated as confidential, and specific responses/information are not shared beyond the MDMHA board members who need to be aware of the feedback. A summary of feedback may be provided to our coach selection committee for consideration in future seasons coaching selections. Your privacy will be protected.
