2024/25 Rep Tryout Registration

U11, U13, and U15 tryouts will take place the week starting September 15th. U18 tryouts start the week of September 22. Dates and times are posted on the MDMHA schedule.

THIS FORM IS FOR NON-MILLBROOK PLAYERS ONLY. If Millbrook is your Home Centre, please register for tryouts through Spordle: https://page.spordle.com/millbrook/register/1eef5afe-f1a4-6516-bb11-06f606e85d2d

FOR PLAYERS TRYING OUT ON 3.5s or NRPs from other centres, please note the following important information.

The fee is $150 and is payable by e-transfer to [email protected]
The fee covers 4 pre-skates and 3 tryouts with the appropriate age categories at the CMCC.
You must complete this registration form and pay the fee to be included. Failure to register with the form and submit payment will result in your player being denied access to the Ice for pre-skates/tryouts.
