Representative Hockey PRE-SKATE registration
Please complete this form to sign up for Representative Hockey PRE SKATES offered by Millbrook and District Minor Hockey Association PRIOR to attending the sessions on March 26th and 27th in Bewdley.

All players have to be registered with MDMHA in a hockey program in order to be covered for insurance purposes, or have participated with an OMHA sanctioned hockey association for the 2025/2026 Season. 

There is no charge for participation in the PRE SKATES.  Sessions are limited to 30 participants per session and are broken down as follows 

FOR AGE 8-12 years old

March 26th from 7-8 PM 
March 27th from 6-7 PM


 FOR AGE 13-17 years old

March 26th from 8-9 PM 
March 27th from 7-8 PM 

ALL SKATES ARE AT BEWDLEY ARENA
