MIDGET REP, 2017-2018 (Millbrook Minor Hockey)

On Friday March 23rd, the Midget Rep team traveled to Aylmer, ON. to compete in their Year End Rep tournament.   First game was Friday at 3pm vs the Belmont Rangers.   Millbrook scored 1st in the first period, Goalie Ethan Buck was on fire and stopped every shot he faced, keeping the stars in the game. 

For the 1st time in a number of years MDMHA is hosting a Midget Rep team. With a small roster of 12 skaters and 1 goalie no one knew what to expect from this small but determined squad. Their 1st game vs Mariposa resulted in a 2-2 tie that I think surprised everyone a little, but showed the boys that they were capable of competing at the Rep level. They have had a few rough losses since then, but all games were within reach and the Stars know they have it in them to compete with and win against all the teams in the Victoria Durham loop in which they play.
